The consultation phase is used to determine the client’s specific goals for the project and its current networking infrastructure. It is also during this phase that specific project parameters (or assumptions) are clearly defined in order to ensure that there exists a “meeting of the minds” between eGroup and the client concerning what work is to actually be conducted and, also very important, what work is not to be conducted in the project.
