After completing the initial Pre-Agreement System Summary (PASS), each contract is tailored to fit the specific needs of the customer. Can I engage eGroup's services without benefit of the Support Agreement? |

eGroup is pleased to provide "ad hoc", or project-oriented services, to our non-contract customers contingent upon the availability of our services team. Those customers requiring our services for a specialized project are best served by engaging eGroup in a Labor Services Agreement (LSA). The LSA allows eGroup to provide our expertise to these customers with the terms and availability best suited to meet their organization's specific needs. |

How easy is it to do business with eGroup? |

For the convenience of our customers, eGroup currently accepts various forms of payment including Purchase Orders, Electronic Funds Transfers, Money Orders, Checks, and the following major credit cards: MasterCard, American Express, and VISA. We also establish Net 30 purchasing accounts for authorized customers.
Additionally, those contract customers engaged in LSAs with eGroup may choose a customizable payment plan to tailor their technology services to their budget. |
