Marketing Development Coordinator

eGroup is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help build eGroup’s brand awareness and sales funnel.   • Handle all partner and manufacturer relationships in regard to strategic development
  • Manage all third-party relationships that assist with our website, blog, social channels, and digital strategy
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of events including sales lunches/dinners, tradeshows, and industry conferences
  • Administer eGroup’s social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube in an effort to build awareness of the company and its offerings, as well as engaging with customers, thought leaders and employees on the platforms, optimizing content for maximum exposure
  • Serve as the internal and external communications and marketing specialist creating content that is creative, engaging and timely for our customers and team members
  • Serve as POC for eGroup’s outsourced Marketing agency working with them to: consistently update the company website with new and fresh content and to create new marketing materials
  • Under direction of the Operations team, this person will be responsible for communications to internal team members including but not limited to: new hire announcements, human resources initiatives, events etc.
  • Ensure all field offices have appropriate supporting marketing material
  • Coordinate with local and regional groups for the enhancement of eGroup’s brand and recognition
  • Communicate eGroup’s brand value through every available channel and increase the number of businesses that independently seek eGroup through organic marketing and demand generation activities

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • One to three years of Marketing experience
  • Experience running content marketing, email marketing and digital marketing campaigns and programs
  • Excellent writing skills and strong ability to brainstorm creative angles for content
  • Experience leading corporate social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube
  • Experience using online analytical tools to understand success of marketing, content, social efforts
  • Experience with a CRM platform, preferably ConnectWise
  • Superior time management, communications, decision making, presentation and organizational skills
  • Interest in business-to-business technology; trends impacting the industry
  • Organizational abilities and strong attention to detail 
  • Professional, outgoing, customer-service oriented manner
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people within the organization
  • Ability to work independently and productively sometimes with minimum supervision
