After COVID-19 forced immediate remote workforces across the country, this association was faced with creating a remote capable workforce for their team members. Contemplating which Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions were best suited for them, they decided to engage eGroup and Microsoft to set up a pilot environment for Windows Virtual Desktop to test if this solution would best satisfy their need for a VDI.Â

This technical college was using SharePoint 2013 to provide Collaboration and Knowledge Management capabilities to students and employees. Looking to take advantage of SharePoint Online to capitalize on the many new features and functionality available with this version. eGroup provided both the design and planning as part of this project to prevent any potential roadblocks.Â

The goal of this transformation is to upgrade the services provided across data center, applications, security, collaboration, and the end-user experience. Feedback about IT services previously had revealed an opportunity to increase innovation, speed to market, and overall employee satisfaction related to IT services.
During the rise of the pandemic, this family-owned agricultural business was faced with ensuring that their end-users can remain productive. Previously unaccustomed to allowing their employees to work from home, and requiring a way to support this initiative. VDI was a required solution to ensure that their end-users can work from home but, more importantly, work securely. eGroup was able to conduct a Proof Of Concept around Microsoft’s Windows Virtual Desktop solution for them to quickly roll out to their end-users.
Urgent need to deploy corporate-owned phone numbers to 100 users to support the use of corporate phone numbers from both the office and remotely. Leveraging Microsoft Teams as the client application as well as SIPPIO as the phone provider.
