DAY ONE (3 HOURS)
Our focus is on discovery. Session topics will include:
- Identification for up to ten AI initiatives currently under consideration. For each identified initiative:
- Outline objectives/outcomes
- List stakeholders
- Understand status and desired timing
- List known gaps and issues
- Obtain a high-level understanding of existing technical architecture.
DAY TWO (3 HOURS)
We will focus on developing an actionable plan. Session topics will include:
- Outline implementation options for each initiative with a high-level outline of effort, resources, and cost ranges for each
- Prioritize the initiatives and place them on a roadmap.
