Meet Joe Collette,
eGroup’s newest Service Delivery Manager.

Why eGroup?

After spending over 25 years in military/government service,I was ready for something new, but also challenging and rewarding. I love technology and working around people who make you better, both as a professional and as a person. So, when the opportunity arose to come to work for eGroup, I felt like it was the perfect time to make the leap.

What makes you a Serious Competitor?

I think it would be my determination to solve problems and my analytical abilities, which have helped to solve many of the problems I’ve encountered over the years. Working on network issues for more than 48 straight hours is an event that I have participated in on more than one occasion, but I just can’t rest well when there are unresolved problems that I feel responsible to solve.

If you weren’t in Tech, what would you be doing?

Figuring out how to get into tech…..and maybe running a karaoke bar on the side.
