“First Day…Four Questions” is an ongoing blog series highlighting eGroup’s newest team members. We want you to understand what makes our new colleagues tick, and what drives them to be “Serious Competitors.” We hope you enjoy!

Meet Zach Arnold, eGroup’s first-ever Software Services Summer Intern:

Why eGroup?

“I knew eGroup from several business in town that work with them. All of them had nothing but great things to say about the company. It seemed that if I wanted to have a job working in a fast-paced dynamic environment where I could have an immediate impact, eGroup would be that place.”

What makes you a Serious Competitor?

“What makes me a serious competitor? I have an ingrained sense of loyalty to the customer. What makes them happy makes me happy. I work incredibly hard to not only find the right solution to a problem for them, but I’ll make sure it gets done faster and better than anyone else around me.”

If you weren’t in Tech, what would you be doing?

“I’d probably be in mid to low-tech. I didn’t really have a plan “B” for IT, but I suppose if I had to pick it would be to work with my father in the finance sector as a salesman.”

What’s your Headline?

“…the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”  – Steve Jobs

Welcome to the eGroup team, Zach!
