As an eGroup Sales Development Representative, you will perform a high volume of outbound and inbound sales activities, owning the prospecting of new clients for eGroup’s solution portfolio. This position affords significant exposure to enterprise-level executives.  Supported by eGroup’s proven “Win Formula”, you will work with eGroup’s Account Executives and Partners to position highly valuable solution assessments that drive our clients’ success. You must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, work well in a team environment, and be self-reliant. The right individual will not be afraid to use all the resources available to them to develop new client relationships, ask the tough questions, and do what it takes to assist eGroup’s clients in their own success.


We are looking for the “best of the best” to:

  • Discover potential new customers
  • Create, grow, and nurture inbound leads
  • Prospect through social media, calling, and email to grow awareness of eGroup offerings
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for targeted emails, events, seminars, and webinars
  • Qualify leads and work opportunities as appropriate
  • Develop a targeted list of prospects in an assigned territory with the goal of developing new business
  • Stay abreast of market technology trends, while being able to clearly understand and sell our services and offerings


Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent communication, writing, organization, task prioritization, and customer service skills
  • Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work with little to no supervision
  • Determined work attitude that delivers results, not effort
