SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATOR

eGroup is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team and ensure the business objectives of our customers are achieved through the successful delivery of small-scale professional services engagements and the fulfillment of purchases while fostering strong relationships with our customers. As this role serves as a central point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, proven communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount.

Additionally, it is expected that this role will successfully ensure the on-time and on-budget outcome of our engagements by managing engineer resource schedules, leading project meetings, and aligning the expectations of all stakeholders. This person will also have opportunities to improve internal processes with the goal of providing a better experience for our customers and team members.

eGroup is a results-oriented, outcomes-focused organization. This position works typical workweek hours, though infrequent, is also expected to be available as needed for periodic after-hours or weekend requests.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to project staff including project engineers, vendors, partners, and/or subcontractors.
  • Manage small-scale projects from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues.
  • Maintain appropriate project delivery cadence
  • Accountable for the Project Budget.
  • Procurement of customer-approved products and services.
  • Provide clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders on project status and product lead time
  • Ensure timely accurate and timely product, service, and invoice delivery.
  • Proactively seek out additional opportunities.

Skills and Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable prior experience in sales or project management-related field.
  • Highly innovative and proactive.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with technology vendors or service partners is preferred.
  • Capable of managing competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrates independence in action and decision making and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
