eGroup Cloud Services Engineer

eGroup is looking for a seasoned and experienced Cloud Services Engineer to join our Carolinas-based team and help eGroup extend our delivery of solutions throughout the Carolinas.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Cloud and Data Center technology and the Microsoft ecosystem and have demonstrated experience in Cloud, Office 365, Identity and Authentication and Microsoft Enterprise Applications. We are looking for someone who has a solid foundational understanding of Microsoft Solutions and a desire to work hard and learn fast while helping our clients succeed with their business goals.

You’ll be mentored and backed up by the eGroup team, our partners and our continual investment in market proven technologies and support resources. These “best of breed” technology offerings will position you for success in delivering sophisticated solutions to a growing set of customers with increasingly complex needs.

This position primarily focuses on consultation, design, implementation and support of Microsoft Solutions. That “special someone” who has always loved technology, has a passion for learning and loves interacting with people has found tremendous success at eGroup.

You will be customer facing, working directly with C-level, Directors, Managers and Administrators to understand the goals of an organization and deliver solutions that deliver results. You will have the opportunity to learn beyond your position, branching into new areas of technical and business interest as you craft your approach and methodology to delivering customer success.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Friendly, positive, and engaging attitude!
  • Certification in the areas of MCSE Cloud Platform, Data Center, Cloud Productivity, Collaboration and Content and/or AWS Certified Solution Architect preferred
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives and growing customer success
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with a variety of audiences both large and small
  • Prior work experience in consulting/architecture preferred
  • Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources

Sales Operations Specialist

eGroup is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and help eGroup extend our delivery of solutions throughout the Southeast.

This is an excellent opportunity for the sales professional with a positive, “can do” attitude. The right individual will be responsible for engaging customers, vendors, distributors, and manufacturers to assist eGroup in building, maintaining, and delivering its sales pipeline. This will include vendor engagement, proposal development, pipeline management, and customer follow-up. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing organization while mastering your sales and operations skills.

As an eGroup Sales Operations Specialist, you will utilize your skills and drive to assist our Outside Sales team in extending eGroup’s products, services, and solutions to customers and prospects.  You must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, work well in a team environment, and be self-reliant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions sizing, configuration, and pricing support to outside sales team and customers
  • Assist outside sales in obtaining product information for proposals
  • Review incoming orders from customers for accuracy.
  • Process product orders and other sales-related material to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and sales reporting
  • Demonstration of competency as an eGroup sales professional through assistance in closing identified opportunities and use of manufacturer, distributor, internal resources and tools
  • Actively seek out and work through additional product upsell opportunities
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, working with vendors and manufacturers
  • Achieve assigned manufacturer and industry sales certifications
  • On occasion – Qualify in-bound leads and forward to outside sales as appropriate
