Charleston ENT & Allergy’s applications and IT infrastructures support 17 locations across a single region with a staff of 370 individuals providing care for ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions.

“eGroup was phenomenal to work with during our optimization assessment. During the discovery phase, eGroup took the time to learn who we are as a business and what we would like to prioritize by individually meeting with each member of our core team. Once the optimization proposal was completed, eGroup thoroughly explained each recommendation and had a solution for every concern that we brought up during the discovery phase. eGroup’s optimization not only brought to our attention new solutions to replace outdated technologies but also showed us how we can maximize the value from technology that we were already paying for. As a final display of exceptional service, eGroup met with us afterward to take the assessment and create an implementation roadmap to make our deployment linear and simple. eGroup is an invaluable asset to our company.”
